About the Recipe
You could use two full eggs instead of egg whites. Make it without the crust or with depending on your preference
Ingredients
1 15 Oz Can Plain Pumpkin
1 Egg
2 Egg Whites
60 Grams Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pinch Salt
Sweetener To Taste
1 1/2 Cups Fiber One Cereal (optional)
60 Grams Sugar Free Syrup
1 Scoop Vanilla Casein Protein Powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Blend FiberOne cereal and mix with additional 60 grams sugar free syrup until combined and spread onto cheesecake pan (if making the crust)
Combine all other ingredients together until thouroughly mixed
Bake crust for 10 minutes or until cooked
Pour pumpkin mixture onto crust and bake another 45 minutes.
Let fully cool and enjoy!
